There is a river

Psalm 46:4–5 NKJV

4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.

There is a River

As pertains to a river, there are three options:

You can stand on the bank of a river and you can obtain resources from the river (fish)

Downside…you have to be close enough to the river and have the tools to draw from the river

You can get into the river

Downside…as long as you are in the river, it provides

You can get the river into you
