What future faith looks like.
What future faith looks like.
"And in the same way was not also Rahab the prostitute justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way?”
Prostitute, harlot: “zanah” -
She was a pagan, likely a worshipper of Ashtaroth, a moon goddess. She was a problem for Israel from to .
Future faith looks like broken people in a broken culture believing in the unbreakable promises of God. -

What future faith does.
“ For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.”
Excerpt From: Fred Sievert. “God Revealed: Revisit Your Past to Enrich Your Future (Morgan James Faith).” Apple Books.
Fred Sievert, New York Life. “Here's the miracle: At the time of the Chicago meeting, I was questioning the value of what I did for a living. I frequently bemoaned the sacrifices I was making in my own family life to take on such a huge vocational responsibility. As the video ended, it was suddenly crystal clear to me: God had chosen this venue, this story, to reassure me. God was making me aware of the importance of what I did for a living. Just as importantly, God was emphasizing the importance of integrity—of doing what was “right” instead of relying on legal loopholes and technicalities” (Fred Sievert, God Revealed: Revisit Your Past to Enrich Your Future, 62).

Randy “Man, whatever you decide, just know that either way I’m with you, Bob” (Love Does, 26).
“Why? It was because Randy loved me. He saw the need and he did something about it. He didn’t just say he was for me or with me. He was actually present with me. What I learned from Randy changed my view permanently about what it meant to have a friendship with Jesus. I learned that faith isn’t about knowing all of the right stuff or obeying a list of rules. It’s something more, something more costly because it involves being present and making a sacrifice. Perhaps that’s why Jesus is sometimes called Immanuel—“God with us.” I think that’s what God had in mind, for Jesus to be present, to just be with us. It’s also what He has in mind for us when it comes to other people. (Love Does, 28).”
