WHEN I was at Vernon Lions football game last Friday a week ago my nephew played for Vernon, they don’t have a winning programs in High School football. But it was amazing to me. As I was on the sideline watching the cheerleaders. Looking at them, you'd think Vernon were winning. They were over on the track field, jumping around and yelling, "Yeah, yeah, yeah!" The score was 39 to 0 and the cheerleaders was still out there supporting the team as if the team were contending for the state championship.

The church should be a place of heat that stirs people up. People need to be encouraged in their Christian walk. Sometimes, you may be the one who needs the encouragement, but when you are not the person, you should be the cheerleader who encourages others on.
