1 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Grace in which we stand” - The grace in which believers stand refers to the secure position of the their standing (as a blessing of justification).
"The hope of the glory of God” - This hope refers to the promise that Christians will be glorified and perfected at the last day—a hope that results in joy.
