Team Work Makes YOUR Dream Work

You have to start with a dream - this church started with a dream - You started with a dream, your parents already had your whole life mapped out in their heads!

Life happens and you have to choose to dream again - get up, dust yourself off and pick up your dream - New Season - CONFERENCE (MOVE)

He knows the dreams & desires - Often what we feel in our hearts

Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

You are needed! You are God’s plan! The church needs you, the world needs you!

SO...WHAT IS YOUR DREAM? Have you ever thought about it? Lets dream for a minute!

What would you do in God if there were no limitations or restrictions?

What has God uniquely called you to do? His word says all are called

Preachers, teachers, evangelists, missionaries, Worship leaders, phenomenal kids leaders, those that will birth ministries, awesome Parents, Bosses, leaders, friends

What motivates you? What gets your blood pumping?

IT’S OK TO DREAM!

It’s ok to dream!

Often it feels like your leaders aim is to get you in on the vision for the church, and that’s ok, because God gives your leaders vision to follow. But also in that your leaders are directed by God to equip you for the work of the ministry..in whatever form or purpose that presents. What God does is meld that together by His Spirit.

When God puts vision in your life, it always involves people - Ps John Hunt

And it is always to reveal God’s power and Glory

Purpose is worked out in the company if others. God uses men and women to shape us, lead us, equip us to do the work of the ministry.

It’s important to spend time seeking God for your life’s purpose. - HOW DO WE DO THAT RACHEL?

Often the desires that are in your heart are placed there by God - your personality, likes, life experience all give a hint to individual gifting and calling.

6 In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. 7 If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. 8 If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.

How do you work out your dream?

How do you dream again? Hard for those that have had dreams smashed?

How do you get there as a team?

20 God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.
