Chaos - a state of utter confusion or disorder; a total lack of organization or order.
As we learned in 1 Corinthians, the church in Corinth was weak, struggling with division and spiritual immaturity.
Paul's authority had been undermined by an opposing teacher who was misleading and dividing the church with false teachings.
2 Corinthians is actually the fourth letter written to the Corinthian church
In 2nd Corinthians, Paul laid out his defense, refuting and condemning the false teachers. He also encouraged the faithful to stay committed to the truth and reaffirmed his deep love for them
The Book of 2 Corinthians C. Paul’s Assertion of His Possession of Apostolic Authority (10:2–5)

Paul’s enemies scoffed at Paul, thinking that he walked after the flesh (that he in his warfare was directed and energized by his corrupt and weak nature). Paul says that he does walk in the flesh (in a weak human body) but that he does not war after the flesh (that his spiritual warfare is not directed and energized by his corrupt and weak nature)
