Living The Message Out This week read Ephesians 2 as your reflect again on Colossians 1.21-23. What are the similarities? Differences? How would you describe God? Talk with another person about what God looks like. Jesus is the exact image/representation of God. If you want to know God, get to know Jesus. Read John 1. Describe Jesus based on this chapter. List an area or two where you are not submitting to Christ’s lordship. Circle, mark the one you and your family are willing and able to submit to Christ. (Examples: money/finances, how you treat each other, tv/movie watching, church attendance, career/school/work, etc.) What is one different way this church could submit to Christ? How can this church help reconcile others to Christ? Write down, reflect and thank God for your personal, “But, God...” stories.
