The call to give thanks is found throughout the Scriptures
The call to give thanks is found throughout the Scriptures
For it is the will and command of God ;
It is commanded and is fulfilling the will of God
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
It is to be part of the worship service
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
David’s Thanksgiving Psalm at the ark of covenant coming to Jerusalem
