preaching about how we are to love one another. Loving one another is how we show the world the love of Christ. it is impossible to say you love me and you never show it. Love cannot be brought it can only be given. when we look at Jesus did any of us buy or earn his love. we are going to talk about the Samaritan on the road to Jericho.
7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.
Verses 10-12
It is easy to say you love someone but what happens when they need you or they do something you don’t like,
Sometimes we will sit around and talk about people instead of showing the love that God has given us
Think about this if Jesus only sit a rounded and talked about us instead of helping us where would we be
Have we always deserved his Love and is there anything we could have done to get the love that he has given us
