Wisdom From Above
You can open up to 1st Corinthians with me. Who's your last week my brother? He's all right. We'll see. We'll see after today what you really enjoyed that and who enjoyed the servants dinner Friday nights. Yeah Yeah Yeahs Westside tacos was fantastic we had gift baskets and giveaways and so if you're not serving sure there's going to be an excellent dinner again next year and we will invite you to that and do more giveaways, I'd love to see you everybody who calls redeemers home also at that dinner so be a fantastic goal to have we're going to get into 1st Corinthians chapter 2 here this morning as a pastor and not just passed her with somebody who gets too irregularly preach the word one of my goals each week as I head into a text is for myself to really feel the weight of a text that way I can embody it live it and what I mean by that is for example of weave a week we're speaking on forgiveness, well we should always Nunnally be preaching forgiveness to others in the Forgiveness of love of God in our hearts on a daily basis but having opportunity to kind of shine this spot light into my own life and ask the difficult questions that Not only do I want to preach and teach to the body but that I would then me to preach to myself and so would I desire to do is be able to embody the test in order to really share it with sincerity to make sure that not only do I have a firm grasp on the theology. But in my own life it's being lived out this week as I came to this text. I actually had several several meetings my Mondays and Tuesdays were stacked and we just had thing after thing after thing and I had a little bit of time in between to look at the text and I went to dinner over at at Dale's house with him and Mary there and they were talking to me about the text. We are coming up on and I said, I hate it. It's horrible and Dale begins to read and he goes this stuff gold man. I'm like, I don't know what you're talkin about. I went into another meeting the next day and it was just kind of the same waiting this on my heart. Like I don't like this and I had a couple of days off their in between and then I knew Friday morning. I was going to have to actually get into it in a very deep way. It's my time to study. It's my time to pursue God on this and I just was not looking forward to it. I had no meetings and I got to the point where I was with my best friend my books and I'd open to them up and I read 8 9 commentary technical commentary, commentary things that make sense to us even begin to read through it in the Greek, which I don't understand very well that had their the definitions alongside of it and for 8 hours. I took just note after note after a note, but nothing made sense to me. Angry, why is this text so dull so around 2:33. We were getting ready for the servants dinner and I put it all away for that and came here that evening and I don't know about you guys. But sometimes God by SIA teach me things in progressions. Just sometimes he likes to give me a little hint of what is actually for myself, but he'll show it in a different light. So maybe when I can actually comprehended I grasp it and so we came to the servants dinner and that night there was a time of worship and praise and two or three different members of the team that night said. Hey, this isn't Sunday morning, we may not be polished but it's cool cuz we're family here and I thought about that and in that moment, I thought you know what I want to tell them right now what have God wants to use their inability to share his ability and how powerful the gospel is. Maybe God is just going to I mean, I've been talking with Erin over there at Westside tacos. Maybe he's going to hear something and it's going to turn something in him and and he'll receive and respond to the gospel. I wanted to put my arms around him and say we don't care if you're polish if you're great, if you sound excellent are amazing because God doesn't need that. It's like that's good for them. They should know that so I went to bed that night. We got home about 9:30. And then I have an equip group at 7:30 in the morning with Matt Frankie and there with Matt Maldonado and where this Rich deep time and there's things we talked about an equipped and I want I want to put that in my sermon. So after we got done teaching or talking I went to my study spot and for 3 hours staring at a blank page. What's your problem?
Why is this so hard? This is what I do. I'm good at this. All right, you're the problem right now, and this text would so dull to me. So I thought I need a burrito. Valor get it turned in. My burrito ran some errands for the church and Bike 2 in the afternoon sitting at proust coffee cuz I had to change locations again nothing and in my heart. I just need to leave I need to go for a walk. I may be need to go to Mexico. I don't want to go to church on Sunday. Sometimes I don't want to be here and I met up with they were getting ready to come in the building Kenny and Geralyn to finish some things and I just like totally complain to them but awful. It's like he's just not I have nothing so I got my car and set on the trail and I take my phone with me so I could just read my Bible off my phone there and kept a reading it and reading it and God said to my heart not audible. Not not even that like kind of way. We all want him to Russian on my heart and he said the text is not Dull your hardest doll. and he wants to sharpen my heart and medicine and I'm conversing with God on a park bench. So I'm not guy and it looks a little funny. What do you mean God and I begin to read the text. Once again, I'm going to start in chapter 2 verse 1 when I came to you Brothers. Did not come I did not come to you testimony of God with a lofty speech or wisdom.
You know what? I was telling the worship team from from your hearts, but I'm speaking to you about that. That's for you. The power of the gospels not depended upon your ability to really compose an excellent thoughtful sermon to lay it out in an order in which you will Delight didn't know make you look good. You have been doing things for your glory. What about my glory and I begin to have this kind of reflex. Like I ate a bad food going on. I don't know God and I continue to read this text and he said for I decided to know nothing among you accept Jesus Christ and him crucified Paul has a bone to pick with the church at Corinth. And here's the reason why after Paul head Rock and sewed Steed the speakers came in and they were great God-fearing loving men who could have these great order skills guys, like Apollo's and they began to adopt this philosophy of the world around then it's a soft as hell don't you that we would align ourselves with groups? People who can really articulate great words and fuse great rhetoric and prove a point whether or not it was true or not the people in corn to butt into this hole since I came to you to preach one thing and one thing only the good news the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I came to you because it is the gospel that you need in order to open your eyes and move on your heart. It's the gospel you continue to come back to and draw from an order to really animate your life and live for me and he says I was with you in weakness and in fear and trembling my speech my message or not impossible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the spirit and of power so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God The process this I came to the Lord and I just said, I am so sorry. Because at times probably like many humans we can think that it is necessary that I preach in a certain way, but he says it's not in the way you preach but it's in the world that you preach. And you need to hear this. I need to share this because we can buy into the same idea when we need to have people and preachers and pastors who move us now, It is not that God isn't calling us to be excellent at what we do. But what are you saying is it is because of the power of my word not the power and your capabilities inability to convey a message, but it is my word that I use in order to open the hearts of those who do not know me and this is precisely what the text is going to get in here at this morning and talked about in So, I want you to indulge me on this and processed in exercise with me. Let's pretend for a moment that the church is imperfect.
Why you laughing? It's not very hard to pretend the church is imperfect is it let's pretend this morning that christian celebrities don't exist, but there aren't these pastors that people get behind and they go to their conferences and they rally behind them and they listened to every podcast and they said no and so sad and Authority is who they link themselves to Let's Pretend There's not as many churches have coffee shops in this community one on every single corner and everybody's buying for position and linking himself to some group thinking they have some deeper insights. Let's pretend that we are so attached to our musical styles and are dress codes this morning and what it means and looks like to be spiritual Let's Pretend but even pastors themselves never feel like they're vying for more and more people to walk into their doors. Let's Pretend the people that the church is not filled with messy people.
You don't have to really picture that do you? Because that is what is embody here this morning. It's not very hard to get there. Why because that's reality reality is the church is messy. Reality is I get mad at God reality is I have questions reality is we all struggle and Russell and there's turmoil and reality is is sometimes we all bring baggage and a few of you brought some carry-ons this morning. So that is the reality of what life looks like lots of lots of issues and trivial manners lots of pain lots of suffering and lots of hurt and we all bring that into church not just the American Church Demers church, but even there in the New Testament the church at Corinth was pretty messed up. This church and taking their eyes off Jesus. They were focused on one another they were caught up in their pasture there Apostle their teacher whatever he was or wasn't doing. And it caused divisions and their divisions were over methods of speaking in the wedded their preachers would teach them over adopted method up methodology from their culture rather than seeking Jesus. They were seeking one another until the conclusion was that these Sophos eloquent teachers who were smart and authoritative East Noble kinds of people they created that to what it mean to be spiritual. What you just pause for a second when I say who do you think a spiritual person is? How would you write down? Please think about what does it mean to actually be spiritual and Paul is going to talk about that here this morning and he's going to stay there thinking was fueled futile didn't wasn't maturity. But immaturity it divided them. They were supposed to be a spiritual people. They viewed themselves as spiritual. Why well, I know if you know this about us, but some of us we speak in tongues another group of us. We're really good at prophesying. Hey Paul, some of us we are really spiritual and because we're kind of elite and don't have to work as much we get to communion time a little bit early and they use the real stuff back then and Ulysses really indulge in the blood of Jesus and it's getting pretty fun while we're spiritual. We're great. We're amazing. We're awesome people here and what this is actually showing why Paul is writing them is not only to answer questions that they have for him. But he saying you guys are not mature you are immature. You guys have lost your focus on the cross of Christ in his writing to correct them to tell them this is what maturity actually looks like. So bear with me as we finish reading out chapter 2, we begin in first 6 get among the mature. We doing part wisdom. Although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of the stage. We're doomed pass away. We impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed from before the ages of our Glory. None of the rulers of the sage understood this for if they had they would not have crucified the Lord Of Glory but as it is written with no eye has seen nor ear heard nor the heart of man imagined what God has prepared for those who love him these things. God has revealed to us through the spirits for the spirit searches everything even the depths of God. Who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person which is in him. So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God, except the spirit of God. Now, we have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit who is from God that we might understand things freely given us by God. We impart this in words not taught by human wisdom, but taught by the spirit interpreting spiritual truth to those who are spiritual the natural person does not accept the things of the spirit for their Folly to him and he's not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned the spiritual person judges all things to be judged by no one who understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him, but we have the mind of Christ. This morning is really about SIDS spirituality. And we want to do is want to take verses 14 through 16. I'm going to begin to break this down and talk about the natural man and the spiritual man to classification that Paul gives a secure and an even in that Paul talks about the Christian who is mature now when he's talking about maturity, he's not actually talking about Christian growth. If you like that term or walking in the spiritual disciplines are growing in the grace and the knowledge of Christ. If you want to use a more biblical description of what that looks like, but what he's talking about here and he's breaking this down easy saying this is what it means to be spiritual now spiritualism today is a huge topic. And everybody's teaching it everybody preaching. It's not just on Sundays. If you still go to brick-and-mortar bookstores, you can still find spirituality section catch you and it's all kinds of advice on what it looks like to be a spiritual person. But if you're lazy you watch movies and movies tell you how to be a spiritual person movies give you a Theology of philosophy of life with all these spiritual themes involved in them. And so we have to ask this question. What in the world does it mean to be spiritual? How do you know if your spiritual here this morning? What makes someone spiritual? What are we even talking about when we talk about being spiritual? Have you ever entered into a conversation this is going to apply to people who follow Jesus maybe with an Evangelistic flare. And then you go to talk to somebody more like I want to tell you about Jesus and they are on spiritual. I'm spiritual. Don't talk to me about Jesus cuz I'm spiritual. Am I going to do this one? What's your definition of spirituality? What's your definition of what it means to be a spiritual person because spirituality is sort of like nailing Jell-O to the wall. It's just all over the place and everybody's had all sorts of different ideas and definitions. You can't get a definition to just hang up there into stick and to be sturdy because everybody is feeding their own ideas and thought of what it means to be a spiritual person not look I Googled this cuz Google's often for that. the HuffPost posted an article by PhD Margaret So here's what she says Margaret Paul is her name PhD. She says being a spiritual person is synonymous with being a person who has highest priority is to be loving to yourself and others.
spiritual person cares about people animals and the planets A spiritual person knows that we are all one. I'm consciously attempts to honor this Oneness if you want to be a spiritual person than that kindness be your Guiding Light. Kindness towards yourself towards others towards animals towards this beautiful planet. That is our home. We recognize that we all have the spark of love. That is God. The spark of love that is God within us and we learn to honor that so that you can know and experience the Oneness of all that is I don't know what the heck she just said. I do know this she says to be spiritual first and foremost means you need to love yourself to be spiritual means you need to be at peace within yourself then to be spiritual you need to show kindness which I love this idea of showing kindness. I definitely think we ought to be caring for the world that God has placed to send in for every creature he has placed in it, but she says here's my definition of spirituality you need to do these things in the article goes on to say whether you pray or not whether you go to church or not as long as you go Inward and love yourself, you are a spiritual person. So I went to the other place. I thought I'd look up some great advice on spiritual spiritualism Instagram Instagram, hashtag, hashtag spiritual you can go ahead. Now if you like don't have to 15.2 million pics come up with bats that have nice little stains. Everything on that front page from Osteen to Gandhi to the Krishna Buddha to Jim Carrey ideas from astrology the Koran. Thoughts of being spiritual are visiting temples understanding the goddess inside of you. And they're all accompanied with these ideas of self-motivation. The idea is if you pray a lot if you meditate if you drink water from a reusable container You Are Spiritual okay, if you recycle your spiritual if you're a good person if you give money to charity if you travel overseas to Sacred places, you're a spiritual person. This is the idea of the world places on what it means to be spiritual because they can't put it on anything else. They have nothing to hang their hat pom poms going to say something very different and not sorry. Not sorry kind of Manor. Let me talk about the church first. How many of you grew up in church? Elvis all right. I mean you didn't like people who grew up in church. That's me some more hands going up that you grew up in church didn't like the people you grew up in church with some of that in us why why well, because to be spiritual they said you better memorize the Bible in King James that will make you spiritual spiritual right? It's one thing to just go to church, but if it's like Corinth you need to go Varsity by speaking in tongues. You need to upgrade your spirituality in your spiritual personas. He could be the religious person to be spiritual. You better teach a Bible study the Anna Bible study and help out of Bible study. Then you will be a spiritual person or if you're more than a Mainline denomination to be spiritual. Here's all the soup kitchens to go serve at in the ways to take care of people in to be generous or just if you grew up in the South to be spiritual was don't smoke don't chew or go withdrawal to do that's how your spiritual here's the list of movies. You can and cannot watch. Oh by the way, here's a freebie. Now that Connie is a Christian you can listen to his music. You can be spiritual. It's church music now music does not have a soul by the way. So it is that saved or unsaved that's another talk. Here we go. What does it mean to be spiritual in the church?
We just read through problems in Corinth to be spiritual was to be single to be spiritual is to be married. Be spiritual in Corinth some thought you could be overly sexually active like the pagans and then your spiritual that you have to be Chase even in marriage. Then you are miserable not spiritual if you're rich or poor or young or old all of these issues come up and 1st Corinthians. I'm what makes you a spiritual person and Paul wants to shake you up today and tell you what it actually looks like let me give a brief definition with a whole lot of commentary to follow that on my be spiritual simply means to be filled with led by and powered by God the Holy Spirit.
To be spiritual means you're filled with because Ephesians says when you receive Christ the holy spirit in in Wells you to be filled with the spirits to be led by to be empowered by God the Holy Spirit. Being spiritual not necessary something that we do being spiritual is something that God does to change us. That's a big difference. And we're going to unpack this year at this morning would hopefully some clarity and I want to look at and more intensely verses 6 through 9. So let me re-read those and a couple of weeks ago. I brought up some elements of this idea. And today I really want to bring It full circle to close the door on our thoughts as I was able to expound on a little bit more and use teeth out as a guinea pig there, which was a great rates, but what it says here in verses 6 through the 1st Corinthians chapter to get among the mature. We impart wisdom to the mature to those who know God to those who trust got to go to believe God here is wisdom. Although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of the sage lots of debate in this text is the rulers of the sage talking about the Demonic powers and forces or the talking about the Kings and rulers and leaders. He's going to specify those who actually crucified Christ and I hold of you that Believin. Seton Hall sat on that great. Enemy. He influences all sorts of Evil Within World governments. He is really a force behind so much of that goes on so you can kind of mess those two ideas together, but specifically he's saying these rulers who are doomed they are doomed to pass away. So talking about humans right here. They don't have this wisdom and this word wisdom is being used over and over again. There is a wisdom that you need to grasp. We impart a secret hidden wisdom of God, which. God to pray before the ages for Glory. None of the rulers of the age understood this if they had they would not have crucified the Lord Of Glory now over and over again. And you're so tired of me going back there. Where do we really see? I know it's in the Hebrew in the first instance of this term being used.
Must not be tired of it yet because you don't know it yet Genesis Genesis chapter 3 Bible Genesis chapter 3 with me. This is really intriguing.
We'll just kind of pick up here. inverse 2
Converse one now the serpent was more crafty morecraft. Do you write what you think of anything of crafty? It's not my wife that she is Crafty but not the right here. Let's make that clear. This serpent is Crafty. She's downstairs honey. I'm not comparing you to a snake. This serpent was more crafty than any other piece of the Lord got it maid he said to the woman did God actually say to you shall eat of any tree in the garden. The woman said to the serpent. We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, but God said, you should not eat the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden. Neither. Shall you touch it last you die with a serpent said to the woman. This is where he's crafty. This is where he's giving some words of his wisdom. You will not surely die for God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you'll be like God knowing Good and Evil. So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food. There was a delight to the eyes and the tree is there to be desired to make one wise. Make one wise. Sea serpent comes in a cash the spiritual being gets into the ear of the humans and he says I have wisdom. There is a wisdom that God is withholding from you. It's your ability to determine what is right and wrong what is good and evil in this world and if you just take it and then you will be the masters of your own face and you'll be able to declare what is actually good and bad. God doesn't really know what is good or bad for any of you and so they can take of that and their eyes are open. Why when does that happen? When they listen when they listen to the wisdom of the world Eve saw that it was pleasing. It was good for her and she thought maybe God is with holding something good from us. And by the way, I will gain some wisdom if we grab hold of this. The God is not giving it to us. We want it and what happens they certainly became aware of a lot of things first thing to notice is Oh, we're naked. What public and this is kind of awkward though before wasn't now it is there is shame on us and no one else what happens? Adam blames her she blames the serpent they're fighting is just alright there. It's problematic in the separation between them and God is so so in our own wisdom removed outside of God in his wisdom for us and Humanity begins to take a different trajectory. Then what was previously on this is what God is trying to do then is restore and bring us to this humanity. And if you read the Old Testament you continue to see God showing up and keep his life giving them his wisdom. He says this is how you should live this how you should treat one another. This is how you should act in the society and time and time again, you can read it in the Old Testament. There's a theme in here where they constantly return from the wisdom of God, and if you can't you image in near the wisdom of the world of the other cultures around them are protrain. Israel Kings and their judges don't see the word of the Lord and they continually take from that proverbial tree. So to speak saying our power in our month. We will rise up like dogs and we will rule and we will rain so hopefully here when it connect some dots and interjection thought that I was portraying and bring to us a few weeks ago the natural man continues to be wise on his own term. The natural man, if you do not know God you are going to be wise in your own eyes and do what is right in your own side because you determine that you are the one who can declare. What is right. What is wrong? Don't let anybody else tell me what is right or wrong. Your opinions have no Authority in my life. There's no ultimate. Yes, and no right or wrong are good or bad. I will determine that for my life. So what happened? We declare we are wise. How do we do that for the affirmation of culture? If you have nothing outside of culture telling culture what is right or wrong and culture becomes the ultimate Authority in somebody's life than culture going to affirm or we can act to behave as culture says is actually acceptable and its culture begins to change things have changed over time and what you think through this and put your says you're on the right track firming your thoughts ideas your lifestyle your sexuality the way you spend how you define success righteousness Freedom or anything else. That becomes then your Authority. These are all the preachers that speak into our lives today. It's the London some Talking Heads. It's those anchor men and women we're getting their pinions in the thoughts is your Facebook feed him what the world says around you is right or is wrong. This is the wisdom of the world and the wisdom of the world is a lie that says if you love yourself enough, you will finally be satisfied in this life. I have yet to find the person has reached that depth of their souls where they can love themselves enough where they can get this In the 90s. I came through the self-esteem movement. Any other kids came through school in the 90s. I'm not like down in self-esteem. We had this teacher Mrs. Bradshaw. She came into our class mrs. Flannery's class and she sang the song had us sing it. This is why I'm not inquire. I like myself the way I am. There's nothing I would change. And we sang the song over and over again. And what were we doing in that moment? We were trying to generate some sense of self-worth and love from within that we could bring up within ourselves and say I'm were the I love this is the wisdom of the world, but it didn't work. Find yourself in your darkest moment on your knees on your face to press down and out and sing that song to yourself and tell me how it's going for you this morning. Doesn't work why we cannot generate value from within. Culture says you can enter culture says find yourself. Maybe you need a big change. Maybe you need to have this big Monumental thing happened in your life. Then you'll be accepted and loved and well cared for. Look at the movies it Hallmark Christmas season, Davie what happened in all those movies about 5 minutes and I can tell my wife the whole plot. She kicked me out of the room. That's what happens. A lot of lonely nights on the couch not good for me so I can know just zip it and read sports news. So here's what happens. You'll meet him. You'll meet her Shuffle Phil and satisfy every single need it'll be Blissful and it'll snow and will be chestnuts roasting on an open fire and we'll be singing all these great songs and you will be satisfied and you see the world has these mediums that they are teaching us everything. We think we need in order to be happy and it all comes back down 2 fighting yourself What does God say the LIE of the serpent? Genesis 3 Romans 1 The Narrative of the serpent is that you would be wise. What is the narrative in this text? I'm not going to have time to plow through as much as I can the narrative in the Stacked between the wisdom of the world the wisdom of the sage that leads to what crucifying the lord of Glory. Destruction Devastation pain that animosity only turn inward instead of upward. That's the route we go down versus the wisdom of God and the wisdom of God says, I'm not withholding something good from you the wisdom of God says, yeah your heart is going to be restless until it Finds Its all-in me until the world said we're going to try to find her on any and everything else. We are going to be seated on the throne of our heart and it's why we live in such a confused mixed up world today because we are constantly trying to use the wisdom of the world that Define Our Lives. Everyone says you need to learn to love yourself first. What did God say he created them male and female In His Image imagery imagery just talk means that we are to reflect and represent God what I mean by reflect God is just in that same turn that we would reflect anything. They were to respond show back what it's showing to us to reflect his love and his wisdom is kindness his generosity. We're to reflect to get evidence of the character or quality of something forgive me, cuz we talked about this two weeks ago, but not in the detail. I want to John Calvin talk about mirrors mirrors reflect, right? That's what they do. What's the one thing you need for a yr for a mere to work and they gave it away.
You need light without lighter doesn't work. Here's what happens in the garden and goes we don't need you God. We don't want you God and the light went off. So speak. What do we do? We're running around respecting one another bumping into each other causing harm pain Devastation. We're trying to find ways to be fulfilled were telling ourselves how wonderful and lovely we are but it's not working. It's not happening. This is even on the smallest scales. Maybe some of you ladies and even some of you men can relate to this you come home someday. You just got a haircut. You did something different and you look in that mirror. And you say I'm pretty I'm lovely. I'm wonderful. What do you really need? You need somebody else of significance in your life to tell you you're nothing Ford even matter. I mean anything to you. We see this on the daily in the littlest of things with God. We were meant to reflect what he's doing in our lives were image barre3 represent. We were created to be kings and Lord in the land fulfilling the great commandment had given them put the lights went out. So how in the world do we get wisdom? How did the lights come on? Turn the John chapter 1 This is phenomenal. This is how you know, the Bible is not a disconnected story, but one unified story all pointing us to Jesus and what he's doing and John chapter 1 7 through 12. It says he came as a witness and speaking of John the Baptist to Bear witness about the lights that all might believe through him. He came as a witness a witness is one who's giving the testimony about something and so he's giving a witness about what the light who is like, what is the light that he's talking about that all might believe through him. He was not the light Being John the Baptist but came to bear witness about the lights the True Light which gives light to everyone is coming in to the world. He was in the world in the world is made through him at the world did not know him. He came to his own his own people did not receive them. But to all who did receive him believed in his name he gave the right to become children of God. Here's what happens if the lights were shut off, but the true light comes in Colossians. It says that Jesus is the image of the invisible. Brought him is Paris is the ultimate V image lights up our lives any point of the sin and the devastation and the ruin in our lives and we're can you be then becomes the lights for us as Jesus himself declared. I am the light of the world to all those who are lost confused and wandering. Yes, you need a like. Yes, you need love. Yes, we have to then be kind and generous to the world and people around us. How does that happen to the switch has to get turned on and we have to become what it means to truly be human. That is to Bear the image of God in a right restored way to reflect him. How does it happen the light have to get turned on and it is Jesus who the light actually is. This this is what it means to be a spiritual person Paul is saying to this group and art classes of Christians. And aren't you? Delete Christians and down and out Christian. There are Christians Christians are those who are mature and it responded to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the light has been turned on. We see God is speaking we hear what God is doing we can receive his word unlike the world who can't hear what God is saying.
I have too much right now. Little I need you to hear this this morning as we close out. The light in your life is to be turned on.
There are people in here. Are whole life and spirituality is rules. Spirituality is list. Stretch out has been a journey to find yourself. If you didn't grow up in church. Maybe you're just out there wandering and you wandered in here today, but you need to understand this spirituality with says pointing towards if those who receive the word of Jesus receiving a live their life and their lives are changed that influences reorders and causes them to live in a different way.
