You Can Be Beloved by God

Ephesians 4:11-

Ephesians 4:11–16 NKJV

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

2 Peter 1:16-

2 Peter 1:16–18 NKJV

16 For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” 18 And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.

Jesus is the beloved of God!

Don’t “move on”. Don’t think you’re done learning Christ. So many people have moved on to ministry, to opportunities, to blessings. But we should never, *ever* move on, ever! We have one goal, to know what He’s like so we can become like Him!

If we do, God will look at us and IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, say, this is my beloved! She thinks like my son, she acts like my Son! She treats others like my Son! She values what my Son values! Her goals in life, are the goals my Son would have in her situation!

It is all out war on your pursuit to be like Christ. The enemy knows how badly it went last time Jesus lived on the earth. Do you think he wants to go through that again?

When he gets in, he’s coming after your pursuit to be like Christ! that’s the enTIRE point of EVERYTHING you go through! God is purging everything out of your life that’s not like Christ!

One of the enemy’s BIGGEST tricks is to make you think you have to figure things out! You have to take control. you have to network. you have to make opportunities for youself. But GOD IS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LIKE HIS SON! HE’LL BLESS YOU! HE’LL OPEN DOORS FOR YOU! HE’LL TRAIN YOU! HE’LL PROTECT YOU!

You’re mind’ll be like Christ. You’ll treat others like Christ.
