15 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!
2 cor 9.15
A. His greatest gift is eternal salvation, spiritual riches. Through His rich Son, Jesus He became poor so we could become rich.
B. The two great things about salvation in Christ to Paul was: The empty grave and the eternal gift.
C As we think of the empty grave it gave proof that death was defeated and Jesus provided us with victory.
57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
D. Christ has given us an eternal gift.
15 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

But he found that salvation was a gift to receive.

D. But their ought to be fierce loyalty among followers of Jesus.
E. Can you be thankful for those sitting around you?

A. Whether he was being stoned to death, shipwrecked, imprisoned, he said “Thank you, Lord”.
B. Whether poor eyesight, not handsome, short, “Thank you, Lord”.
C. Even not enough gifts from the churches to help other believers, “Thank you, Lord”.
D. The secret of thanksgiving for the Thessalonians
The letter’s theme is Christ’s return.
Everyday, we should expect Christ’s return.
Conclusion:
A. Are you as thankful as Paul?
B. If not, why not?
C. Let’s be thankful every day and so honor our Lord.
