Judging others.

Luke 7:36-

Luke 7:36–39 CSB

36 Then one of the Pharisees invited him to eat with him. He entered the Pharisee’s house and reclined at the table. 37 And a woman in the town who was a sinner found out that Jesus was reclining at the table in the Pharisee’s house. She brought an alabaster jar of perfume 38 and stood behind him at his feet, weeping, and began to wash his feet with her tears. She wiped his feet with her hair, kissing them and anointing them with the perfume. 39 When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself, “This man, if he were a prophet, would know who and what kind of woman this is who is touching him—she’s a sinner!”

We get this way to. We judge before we even know there story or where they have been. There are times we judge people for where they have been, not where there going.

Here was a lady that was being Judged by the Pharisees for what she had done in the past. But she was crying out to Jesus and asking for help.

When it comes to sharing the Gospel with people we are quick to do with friends or people that look like us. But when its some one out side of your comfertzone or some one who you think is weird we hold back.

Or maybe is some one that you think who is to bad.

How about the kid in school who claims to not believe in God.

The nerd who is very smart, and your worried he might not understand this.

What about the Pot heads at school.

Or what about your teacher that.

Maybe your not a popular kid in school

So you dont share with the Jock.

Kanye West.

remember this is some one who use to call himself a God.

One of the things I heard him say was, why did no one tell me about Jesus before.

See all these people around Kanye for all these years. There is know why that Christians were no there in any of those years. Yet people held up on sharing the Gospel of Jesus with him.

Lets look at Kanye West. There are people all over Judging him. They are trying to figure out if he truly repented and turned to Jesus.

Why do you think that is.

I mean he went from calling himself A God to Saying Jesus is King.

I think it has to do with fear or just labeling him as lost.

Thats the same thing we do with those other people we talked about it.

Yet there are people in the American Church who are critzing him.

Never look at some one as to lost.

Jesus responded to this.

Luke 7:40–43 CSB

40 Jesus replied to him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” He said, “Say it, teacher.” 41 “A creditor had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 Since they could not pay it back, he graciously forgave them both. So, which of them will love him more?” 43 Simon answered, “I suppose the one he forgave more.” “You have judged correctly,” he told him.

Luke 7:40-

You see, we never know the impact that God can have in some ones life.

I don’t know if you have ever met any one who was considered a loss cause in life. That later found Jesus. Its amazing.

It can be one of the most amazing experience you have ever seen.

Don’t hold back. God will give you the words and the courage jus ask for it.
