Present Suffering and Future Glory

Romans 8:18 NIV
18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
“I consider” - This verse is not designed to minimize the fact that we at times do suffer. It is designed to minimize the significance of our suffering in view of the glorious future which will be ours.
Question: What “sufferings” is he talking about, stuff for today, tomorrow or end-times suffering?
“Glory” - glory, splendor, honor and glorious
“revealed” - “to be revealed” in the future.
The Book of Romans Theme: A Comparison in Glory (Verse 18)

Paul has just made the point that our ultimate joint inheritance with Christ must wait while we presently jointly suffer with Him
