What happens when your imagination partners with Holy Spirit?

Jeremiah 1:11 NASB95
11 The word of the Lord came to me saying, “What do you see, Jeremiah?” And I said, “I see a rod of an almond tree.”
Imagination and Holy Spirit.
Do you think God has an imagination?
Victor Frankl.
Was a jew who was captured in world war 2.
He shares in his book ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ about how he survived his horrific experience in Nazi concentration camps. He found a way to find happiness and meaning even in the middle of the worst possible surroundings.
He did this by using his imagination. He would visualize teaching what he was learning in the camps to students. He would break down the psychology of what was happening in his head. He would have full on conversations with his wife and friends in his head. He even said that they talked back to him in his mind.
He became a professor and author did speak to those students and shared with the entire world what he learning in his darkest days, months and years.
Some truth Victor taught the world is:
You feel what you perceive.
If you imagine an experience that bring joy, you experience joy.
If you imagine a purpose to your suffering, you experience fulfillment.
‘Imagination Creates’
You were created in the image of God and part of that image is the ability to create with your imagination.
This can also be miss used.
Jeremiah 23:16 NASB95
16 Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are prophesying to you. They are leading you into futility; They speak a vision of their own imagination, Not from the mouth of the Lord.
Jeremiah 14:14 (NASB95)
14 Then the Lord said to me, “The prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. I have neither sent them nor commanded them nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a false vision, divination, futility and the deception of their own minds.
Ezekiel 13:3 (NASB95)
3 ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Woe to the foolish prophets who are following their own spirit and have seen nothing.
We can create with our soul-ish imagination what we want to happen in the face of fear.
When asked, what do you see? Some get gridlocked and cannot shift from soul to spirit.
When fear partners with your imagination:
Future tripping.
Creating imaginational situations that don’t exist.
‘What If’ is future tripping
Imagination in future tripping creates expectations and expectations create realities that are fear based and not real.
Future tripping is non-trust. When we assume about others it is creating fear and pain.
“God does not live in things that are not real.”
Joy never leaves you, you have to leave joy.
You leave joy by imagining a future that is not real.
Live in the grace of one day and you find the fullness of joy.
When I stay in the grace of the day it is always enough and filling.
If you become fearful it is because there is something about the Character of God (Love) you don’t like or trust.
Holy Spirit and imagination creates the kingdom where God abides.
Imagination without Holy Spirit usually with fear creates realities where God is not.
The most important thing about what you see, is not the vision, it is the visionary giving it to you.
The goal of Holy Spirit partnering with your imagination is to bring you closer to Christ.
Jeremiah and the turkey and deer.
Habakkuk 2:1–3 NASB95
1 I will stand on my guard post And station myself on the rampart; And I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, And how I may reply when I am reproved. 2 Then the Lord answered me and said, “Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. 3 “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay.
It will not fail.
Though it tarries, wait for it.
It will certainly com.
It will not delay.
When we let Holy Spirit speak to our spirit and let our spiritual eyes see what Holy Spirit is revealing two major things happen.
1.) We meet Jesus in a deep and fresh new way.
2.) We begin to bring the Kingdom of Heavens reality to our reality.
This looks like we are creating something from an outside view.
Example: Confidence.
Holy Spirit what do you want me to know about confidence?
Jesus may show up and show you a picture of you standing in front of people declaring His love boldly.
First Jesus is trying to show you how He sees you and trusts you. The effect of this, is to bring you closer to Him and closer to who you truly are.
Second this picture is some sort of reality for your future. It could mean you will literally on a huge stage or it could mean you will have a stage right where you are. It does mean you are to trust that Confidence He has in you to share His love as if it was in front of thousands even in front of one.
What happens when your imagination partners with Holy Spirit?
You become close to Jesus, and you draw, to reality, what you see.
Jeremiah 1:12 NASB95
12 Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it.”
What do you see?
Let yourself go inside to see what Holy Spirit is to reveal.
Write it down and share what you saw.
Any time it feels like it is not happening, pull it back out and remember what you saw Who was there showing it to you.

Jeremiah 14:14–15 NASB95
14 Then the Lord said to me, “The prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. I have neither sent them nor commanded them nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a false vision, divination, futility and the deception of their own minds. 15 “Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the prophets who are prophesying in My name, although it was not I who sent them—yet they keep saying, ‘There will be no sword or famine in this land’—by sword and famine those prophets shall meet their end!
Acts 1:7 NASB95
7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority;
Revelations are all a revealing of Christ but more importantly to reveal Christ in your heart.
