In this and other places in the Bible we see that God came when His people were obedient to His will, were united in prayer and very often when His people were in crisis. As many will be aware tomorrow the General Assembly will be debating the report of the Theological Commission . This is a crucial debate for the future health and direction of the whole church and our own congregation included. At such a time as this though our focus has to be on the Lord Jesus Christ the one who alone is the King and Head of the Church and who is worthy of all praise. And so we invite EVERYONE to come and join us in a time of praise and worship in waiting on the Lord . We know that when God is worshipped He does not change but we do !
