Church of Scotland Safe guarding Service workshops. The Church safeguarding roadshow will be holding training sessions at Stornoway High Church on the 10th - 11th April. This training is necessary for the safeguarding training for all church volunteers/ co-ordinators/ Office bearers as the Church of Scotland is working to ensure that by 31st October 2015 all its congregations have in place arrangements ensuring that those working with children or vulnerable adults in their congregation are approved under the PVG Scheme and aware of their responsibilities for those in their care. The Volunteers training will be held on Saturday 11th April from 9.30 am-1.00 pm.
