Transcript
The Autumn Communions start on Thursday 8th October, and run
until Monday 12th. We look forward to this time and welcome a
number of ministers this year. The services and other events are
detailed below.
You are very warmly invited to all these services.
The Kirk Session will be opened for business on Thursday night
before the first service. The Session will meet thereafter after all the
services, with the sole purpose of meeting with anyone who desires
to profess their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and become
communicant members of the Congregation. If anyone would like
to discuss this matter privately and informally before the
Communions, please get in touch with any of the elders.
Thursday 8th October 7pm Rev Murdo Smith.
Friday 9th 12pm midday Rev Wayne Pearce, 7pm Iain Alasdair
MacLeod.
We have an informal fellowship in the hall after the evening
service, to which everyone is most welcome to come along... Please
stay behind and join us if you can... donations of baking for the
fellowship would be very welcome.
Saturday 10th 12pm midday Iain Alasdair MacLeod.
After this service communion tokens will be given to those hoping
to go to the Sacrament of the Lord’s supper on Sunday morning.
After this service there is an informal fellowship meal, a light lunch
of soup and sandwiches to which all are warmly invited and as
above donations of baking would be very welcome.
6pm prayer meeting led by the Elders.
Sunday 11th 12pm midday Communion Service led by Rev Ben
Johnson.
During this service the sacrament of the Lord's supper will be
celebrated
6.30pm Rev Ben Johnson, after this service there will be a retiring
offering to help with communion expenses.
Monday 12th 7pm Thanksgiving Service, led by Iain Alasdair
MacLeod.
