identity
knowing who you are
who are you?
character of God
integrity of God
essence of God
character is the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual
integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, moral uprightness
while the essence constitutes the particular nature of a being or substance, or of a genius, and which distinguishes it from all others.
all this equaling to the essence of God
making god god
you are created in his image and likeness
you were created in his essence and not just a carbon copy
not just a mirror image
as the creator he created you
formed you in his image
in his likeness
with dominion
Potter on a wheel
so to understand your purpose
your reason for being is key
He created you
forming you from nothing
and yet making you from something already created
man in essence was both created and made
you were made in the image of your creator
not to be referred to a physical likeness
but you were created in the essential nature of your creator
and the moment that you understand all that is the moment that you truly understand both you character and identity
see it is within this essential nature that character exists
your character exists
And all through the bible he educates the reader on how that character, his essence is perfected in each of us
You must be diligent
be persistent
putting forward a persistent effort or work effort
While exercising your diligence and persistance will lead to virtue
a behavior that will show high moral standards
a christian energy
and then you will take that virtue and carry it leading to knowledge
all these things needing developing to perfect a unity within ourselfes
and so this knowledge is a clear perception of that which exists
its truth or factuality in nature
developing a godly knowledge
the mind of christ.
so in exercising this knowledge it creates a temperance
a steadfast nature
for what temperance is is a habitual moderation of something
while you add all that you have learned and bult a patience
a calmness
a godly calmness
and patience comes from that latin word patientia
it is a suffering of afflictions, toil, or calamity
the quality of waiting
does any of that sound familiar?
have you ever asked God for patience only for what seems to be more hardship to show up in your life?
And i know that you that are married know what patience is
In some definitions, patience is defined as perseverance, constancy in labor or exertion
And then you take all those things and add them together and a godliness is created
a piety
a reverence
Thus while excercising this godliness
this reverence exercises to manifest a true brotherly love
a brotherly affection
a christian love

and it is when we dont understand this love that our thoughts and ideas get all wonky and out of sorts
we associate Gods agape love with a pragma or philia love
So we must understand the fathers love
understanding his forgiveness policy
the love of christ being a central theme in the bible and in all theology
this scripture representing the ultimate love sacrifice
the true essence of godly love
