Victory in Jesus

Scripture reading John 3:16. I guess we don't need to turn really but whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. And may the Lord bless the reading of his word this morning. All the Bible is important, but those words mean the difference 2 to us is Christian. He hasn't came and died. I'm giving us a chance to live. So he's going to have our sermon and the title is Victory in Jesus.

In the beginning was the word.

It was better with it. You want it you want this here? Okay in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God the same was in the beginning with God and all things were made by him. And without him was not anything made that was made in him was life in the life was the light of men and the light shineth in the darkness and the Darkness comprehended it not there was a man sent from God whose name was John the same came as a witness to Bear witness of bed light that all through him might believe he was not himself that light but came as a witness to that like that being the True Light that lighteth every man that comes into this world. He was in the world and the world was made by him and the world knew him not He came unto his own and his own received him not but to as many as received him to them gave you the power to become the sons of God even to them that believe on his name who were born not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man and the Word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us and we beheld his glory the glory of the only begotten of the father full of grace and truth. Let us pray. dearest Heavenly Father We thank you so much for the gift that you gave to us. You emptied all of heaven when you gave your son to come and die for us and we are so grateful Lord help us Lord to always show a gratefulness V Darby tian's to you and by serving you and loving you and worshipping you let us live for you every moment of every day. This is our desire for you. And I know this is your desire for us. Please help me Lord, put your words in my mouth Lord and use me Lord to stay to play the Saints and to bring glory to your name. Most of all amen. Okay Victory in Jesus. We have Victory in Jesus.

Jesus was that light. They came into the world. He was sent by his father to seek and save that which was lost but sadly most people didn't want to be saved. They didn't want to be saved but there was some however, they listened and accepted him and eventually went out and spread the good news that Jesus Christ. The son of God has brought salvation to all men by his atonement on the cross. They covered the Earth with a great message of Salvation through Jesus Christ. The son of God, they were persecuted many were martyred, but the word got out. Jesus love the rich and poor the slave and free the Great and Small. He showed no partiality. He love those wicked men in the Sanhedrin as much as he loved the poor working-class. He even loved the Roman soldiers were nailing him to the cross. He came to save all men, but if you were his followers. Yes, there were times when many crowds of people followed him. But how many actually stayed with him and even his own disciples deserted him when he was arrested and put on trial by the Jewish Sanhedrin and they turned him over to the Romans to be crucified. I have a question for everyone here. Who was it that killed Jesus? Was it the Jews? Was it the Romans who wasn't Pope Francis says that it wasn't the juice. He just apologized for the Jewish people for blaming them for the death of Christ.

He said it was the Romans that were responsible for Jesus death. But what does the Bible say? It tells a completely different story. The Bible says that the Jews plotted against Jesus and turned him over to the Romans to be crucified.

but you can say the Jews. Crucified Jesus we can save the Romans did because the Romans did they nailed him to the Cross. But while I'm putting my fingers at the juice and putting my fingers at the Romans, I'm pointing three fingers back it myself.

I was responsible for the death of Christ and we were all responsible for the death of Christ every one of us. Not just the Jews not just the Romans but all of us we all nailed him to the cross and just like the papal Church uses the government use the governments of the world during the Dark Ages to do their dirty work for them by turning God's people over to them to be burned at the stake tortured in prison left to die of starvation and there'll only sells there is nothing new Under the Sun. What was gone by the Sanhedrin was repeated by the paper room. The Sanhedrin were the true physical murderers of Jesus. They just didn't get their hands dirty, but the blood of Christ was still staining their hands then they paid for it. The Lord did send his son to save us he sent his son to save them but they were destroyed they were taking away they were held as captives and they were made slaves and they were put in the Amphitheatre is and he sent his son to save them but they refuse to be saved they refused those today who in their witness refuse to serve God and obey his Commandments those who want to do it their way those who rebelled against the law of God will receive their punishment. Also. God does not change. His word is immutable what his God said in his word about these who refused to obey his Commandments and Revelation 4 verses 9 through 11, which is the third Angels message. God says and the third Angel follow them saying with a loud voice if any man worship the Beast and His Image and receive his mark Forehead or in his hand the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the Holy Angels and in the presence of the lamb and the smoke of their torment the Sun's Up forever and they have no rest day or night who worship the Beast and His Image and whoever receive at the mark of his name. All will be punished all those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior all will be punished. Chapter 16 of Revelation tells of the seven plagues that will be poured out upon those who side with Abby's they will be horrendous. They will be given blood to drink because they shed so much blood the same previous stores will cover their bodies the sun will become so hot that it will Scorch them. And the darkness comes upon them the Bible says they gnaw their tongues with with the for pain. Now this probably happened because when the sun was so hot it was burning them and then all of a sudden the sun is taking away and darkness comes and it probably became very very cold and they were probably freezing at that time. Apparently when the sun was taken away it became cold in the darkness. This is where he loses his support during this time because they realize that he has lied to them all this time and they have followed after him. And so now they they turn up turn upon him. The following and the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air and there came a great voice out of the Temple of Heaven from the throne saying it is done and there were voices and thunder and lightning and there was a great earthquake such as was not since been we were upon the Earth so mighty an earthquake and so great and the great city was divided into three parts and the cities of the nation spell and great Babylon became and Remembrance before God to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath and every island float away and the mountains were not found and there fell upon men a great hell out of Heaven every stone about the weight of a talent. I went into the SDA commentary to see exactly how much they say that it's better Talent weighed 66 pounds. It says account wait there for each one of those hailstones weighs 66 lb, could you imagine being plummeted with hailstones at Wade? Much. I'm sure many of them died from the hailstones alone. Wouldn't you think the people would be crying out for mercy and repentance?

For their evil deeds and the men blaspheme God because of the plague of the hell, so instead of crying out and repentance and asking for forgiveness and how they blasting God they say God.

For the plague there are was exceedingly great know where in the scriptures. Do you hear of repentance? These people hate God and continue to blaspheme his name. It is after the last and this is this is one of the reasons why that went when God judges this world and when he says it is finished that means the judgments over no one will ever be saved again. No one will ever be lost again it is it this time everything is settled and it's because he knows that these people will never change their minds. They hate him. They hate his gospel and they will they will never change they will never repent and so he says, okay that's enough. This is over we're doing this over. It is after the last of the plagues that Jesus returns to take his people home. What a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see what I look upon his face the one who saved me by his grace and when he takes me by his hands to lead me to the promised land. What a day. What a glorious day. That will be what a day that will be in 1st Thessalonians 4 16 through 18. We read about his glorious return for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of the Archangel with the Trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first and we which are alive and remain so I'll be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so shall we ever be with the Lord wherefore Comfort one another with these words?

what will be happening to the wicked during this time in Revelation 6 verses 15 through 17 Keller and the kings of the earth and the great man and the rich man and the captains and the Mighty Man and every bondsman and every free man hit themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne and from the Wrath of the lamb for the great day of his wrath is come and who shall be able to stand And then in Revelation 19 verses 17 and 18 we read and I saw an angel standing in the Sun and he cried with a loud voice saying to all the fouls that fly in the midst of Heaven Come and gather yourself together unto the supper of the great God that you may eat the Flesh of Kings and the Flesh of captains and the Flesh of Mighty Men and the Flesh of horses and of them that sit on them and the Flesh of all men both free and bond both small and great and verse 21 says and the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse which sword proceedeth out of his mouth and all the fouls were filled with their flesh. Jeremiah the prophet also saw that day in Vision the book of Jeremiah chapter 4 verses 23 through 26 tell us of that Vision. I beheld the Earth and low it was without form and void and the heavens they had no lights. I beheld the mountains and low they trembled and all the hills move lightly I beheld and low there was no man and all the fruits of the heavens were floods. I beheld and low the fruitful place with a Wilderness and all the cities are over broken down in the presence of the Lord and by his Fierce anger. Anna Jeremiah 2533 we read and the slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the Earth even on to the other end.

They shall not be lamented. Neither gathered. Neither buried they shall be done upon the ground. Why won't they be buried will because all the saints will be on their way to heaven with Jesus and all the wicked will be dead. And so they will just cover this earth like done.

The day is coming when the wrath of God will be poured out as we have just heard but the time is not yet. There is still time to reach out to the lost and we have just seen the future of the loss and it's not a pretty sight.

So let it be an encouragement to us to reach out to the laws to try to bring as many as we can to Salvation before it's too late. Jesus loves these Souls, even though many of them person and he would like to see them change. There's still time to try to pluck them out of the fire, but we shouldn't get discouraged by all this because Ellen White and I'm sorry, I didn't write down where I got this from I read it this week and I put it down here, but I can't remember where I got it from but Ellen White says Jesus defeated Satan in heaven. He defeated Satan in the wilderness. He defeated him at the cross and he will defeat him at his return so we can be sure of that. Now I'm going to go over here now, you'll probably wonder why I'm looking at planets. And what he has to do with this, but you'll know in a minute.

I will put this together. Okay, we have a picture here of the Earth and Venus which are basically about the same size and Mars Mercury and Pluto now right here the earth looks like one of the big guys on the planet, right? This is really the big biggest planet right here and we look like we're really something right there. But if we drove by the way, I just want to make one mentioned here which has nothing to do with the sermon but you know, this this planet and this planet right here just debunk the what's with the The Big Bang Theory call in The Big Bang Theory. They say that there was a little spot that was spinning like this. And all of a sudden it exploded and Shop things out and that's where all of these plants and everything come from the Stars everything. Okay, and if it did that everything that would come with that would be shooting out in the same direction but these two planets are going in the opposite direction. So the scientists now, they can't say they realized that this is impossible but they still teaching it to our children in school. They're still teaching it to them the Big Bang Theory even though they know it's impossible even though I know it's impossible and there's another one will see to that goes in the opposite direction. So that's impossible for for The Big Bang Theory. But anyways, so here we see the Earth is very big right here. It's the biggest one on the sheet. And then we shall turn this around.

And what would happen to the Earth? Okay, we got Jupiter and Saturn and Neptune and Uranus. And where's the Earth? Okay, we're not so big after all are we know we're we're kind of tiny right there. And of course Pluto becomes a. Okay food or just becomes a. But we're not very big right there. So the show that well, maybe we're not the big guy on the on the street. Okay, but then we'll take this down. And we see the sun. Now the sun is enormous the sun is enormous. It really is and that it says hear something about is it here that leaping? Yeah, the sun has flames that leak 400,000 miles into space the fledge of the Flames leap into space 400,000 miles. The sun is humongous. Okay, but where is the Earth? We're getting smaller and smaller, aren't we? We're kind of disappearing on here. Aren't we? The Earth is very very tiny there. Okay.

Okay, but this shows you the planets and how they're lined up and how small our sun is. We're not even there if if you could stand on that tour as what you can but if you could stand on their you wouldn't even know there was an earth you wouldn't be able to find it. Even if he had a giant telescope. There's just no way the Earth is just nonexistent. It's insignificant in the universe. We are insignificant and this is why we are insignificant in the universe but in God's eyes, we are not insignificant and this is what I want to talk about here now, but I got to get back up.

Okay the Earth. As insignificant as it is in size is not insignificant in God's eyes. Once the Earth and everything in it is burnt up and destroyed dad is going to recreate it to be eaten. Once again, we're going to have eaten once again. There will be no more great seas to separate lands and people there will be no more death or Decay just living thriving Beauty. And the best part is God the father Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit are going to dwell with us on the Earth forever you realize that God is going to make the Earth. The capital of the universe. God is going to come down there ever hear the saying heaven on Earth heaven on Earth. Well, that's where it comes from because having is going to be on earth. God is going to bring you haven't down and rested on the earth. The New Jerusalem is going to be the capital of his Capital. It's going to be the capital of the universe God the Father God Jesus and God the Holy Spirit are all going to be living with us on this planet. Isn't that marvelous? Can you imagine he's going to be living with us? We're going to be able to go in that City and see his Beauty And His glory anytime we want to anytime we want to Okay, where was I know I just was talking about it. There will be no more death or Decay just living thriving Beauty. And the best part is God the father Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit are going to dwell with us on Earth forever Revelation 21 1 through 3 tells us and I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth for the first heaven in the first Earth were passed away and there was no more sea and I John saw the holy city New Jerusalem coming down from God out of Heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband and I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying behold the Tabernacle of God is with men and he will dwell with them. They shall be his people and God himself will be with them and he shall be their God. Isn't that wonderful. Isn't that wonderful. Can you imagine? And not only that but we're going to get to see God creates a new Heaven in the yard cuz we're going to be in the holy city watching him create. Adam didn't have that that that's a blessing but we will we will see this. We will see this happen. I forget what I'm doing and I leave my place is here imagine this tiny insignificant planet and I proved that will be the capital of the universe with God's willing there. We will be able to walk and talk with God. We will have a mansion in the city and a country home with Vineyards and Orchards and Gardens. It's not going to be boring. We're not going to be sitting on the cloud. Then we're going to have a wonderful life there. We're going to have Vineyards and Gardens and Orchards and will be able to eat off of them in the fruits going to be a lot better than what we eat today disappointing. I buy fruit. I bring it home. I bite into it and Isaiah 65:21 225 tell of the wonderful blessing awaiting Us in the new Earth and they sell build new houses and inhabit them and they shall plant Vineyards and eat the fruit of them. They shall not build and another inhabit. They shall not plant in another eat for as the days of a tree are the days of my people and mine elect shall long. Enjoy the work of their hands. They still not labor in vain nor bring forth for trouble for they are the seed of the blessing of the Lord and their offspring with them and it shall come to pass that before they call. I will answer. Imagine this it's happening today. How many times are we thinking of praying for something and we get the answer before we even speak it right. God is so good. And while they are yet speaking I will hear the wolf and the lamb will feed together and the lion shall eat straw like a bullet and dust will be the Serpent's meat and they shall not hurt nor destroy waiting all my Holy Mountain say at the Lord anyone who loves animals. Be very happy in this Blue Earth because the be it'll be loaded. It'll be filled with animals and I'm going to love it. I'm going to be out there in the field with them. So we're going to have peace on Earth that last piece on Earth At Last it's coming and it's because Jesus is so Victorious. He's our teeth are victory. So what a wonderful Victory we have in Jesus and so now. I will. I will say a quick prayer and then we will sing Victory in Jesus the Lord I Thank You Lord. I Thank you for all the promises that are in the Bible and these were only a few these were only a few. I mean we didn't we didn't touch half. We didn't touch a quarter. We didn't touch a mic of the promises that you have for us in the Bible or but there are so many and they are so wonderful. Thank you Lord. Thank you so much for everything. Please bless the Saints has there you go home today that everyone gets home safely Lord. And until we meet again Lord. I ask you to watch over them in Jesus name. I heard an old old story Our Savior came from Glory how he gave it to save a Wretch like Me I heard about that. I repented of my sins and won the victory victory in Jesus my Savior forever. he sought me and bought me with his redeeming love me love me and all my love is to Plunged me to Victory the cleansing.

I heard about you feeling all this cleansing Paris healing how he made the lame to walk again and cause the blind to see and then I cried you Jesus, heal my broken spirit and somehow Jesus came and brought to me the victory victory Jesus Savior forever. He sought me and bought me with his redeeming love. He love me and all my love is due him. He plunged me to Victory.

I heard about the mansion He has built for me and glory and I heard about the streets of gold beyond the crystal sea about the angels singing and the old Redemption story and some sweet they all sing up there the song of victory victory Jesus my Savior forever. He sought me and bought me with his redeeming love and all my love is due him. He punched me to Victory.
