abrahamic covenant (& It will
be fulfilled)
The Nation of Israel begins with Abraham
and the Covenant God made with him.
(1) Great nation to come from Abraham,
Gen_12:2;
(2) Abraham himself to be blessed,
Gen_12:2;
(3) Abraham’s name to be great,
Gen_12:2;
(4) Those who bless Abraham shall be
blessed, Gen_12:3;
(5) Those who curse Abraham shall be
cursed, Gen_12:3;
(6) All families of the earth shall be
blessed in Abraham, Gen_12:3;
(7) The land of Canaan given to Abraham
and his seed forever, Gen_13:15;
(8) Abraham to be the father of many
nations, Gen_17:4;
(9) Kings to come of Abraham,
Gen_17:6;
(10) The Abrahamic Covenant declared
an everlasting covenant, Gen_17:7;
(11) Sarah to be the mother of nations,
Gen_17:16;
(12) Messiah will be a descendant of
Abraham, Gen_21:12.
(13) Abraham’s seed to be multiplied
beyond numbering Gen_22:17;
(14) God to dwell among the children of
Israel, Exo_29:45.
2. they would reject the
messiah at his first coming
Matthew 21:42 Jesus saith unto
them, Did ye never read in the
scriptures, The stone which the builders
rejected, the same is become the
head of the corner: this is the
Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous
in our eyes?

national sins
Deuteronomy 28:47 Because thou servedst not the
LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness
of heart, for the abundance of all
things; 28:48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine
enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in
hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want
of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon

of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a
nation whose tongue thou shalt not

and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed:
which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or
oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy
sheep, until he have destroyed thee. 28:52 And he
shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and
fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst,
throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in
all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the
LORD thy God hath given thee.
