Guilt
Over Sin
Over how you treated someone
Over what you should have done
Regret
It really is unresolved guilt
Paths not taken
Mistakes in the past
Broken relationship
Fear and Anxiety
Anxiety is quickly becoming a physiological and psychological epidemic.
Fear comes in many forms, of thing beyond our control to events that trigger fear

You do not believe in who God says He His.
You do not believe in yourself.
You do not believe in others.

God

Read ;
Philippians 4:6–8 NLT
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
Isaiah 26:3–4 NLT
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.
