Love

Because of The Fathers love for His people, He sent Jesus to reconcile His bride to Himself.

Because Jesus love for the Father, He sacrifices himself on the cross

Because of Jesus love for me He gave up his life to pay the ransom

Today is the advent love candle.

lets talk a little about family love

Gods Heavenly family

Before creation God had His heavenly family

in a different realm / dimension

Job 38:1–7 LEB

Then Yahweh answered Job from the storm, and he said, “Who is this darkening counsel by words without knowledge? Prepare yourself for a difficult task like a man, and I will question you, and you shall declare to me. “Where were you at my laying the foundation of the earth? Tell me, if you possess understanding. Who determined its measurement? Yes, you do know. Or who stretched the measuring line upon it? On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars were singing together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Sons of God is the Fathers Heavenly family

as the planets are being created they are cheering

as strange animals come into existence, its like a child watching fireworks

in wonder and amazement

some of these same sons of God were at the birth of the Savior

they saw the unique son of God leave His glory and become a little Babe

and they were probably in just as much amazement watching

then they burst through to our side and sang to the Shepherds

Luke 2:8–14 AV

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

God’s Earthly Family

when God created Adam and eve he started an earthly family

but they sinned and rebelled against God

So Jesus had to come and make anew a family of God

in the Old Testament the children of God were the Heavenly hosts

in the earthly family, the children of God are the believers

when man was created we were in the “Image of God”

people represent God on the earth, to be human is to image God

God loves the family relationship

over and over He has shown what a family is

Jesus has demonstrated the Love that should be between a husband and a wife

the Church should be a demonstration to the world the love we have one for another

the Church should be a representation of the love of God, as His imagers/ representatives

this Advent of love let us be the Reps. of love
