Psalm 3:7 KJV 1900
Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: For thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; Thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
David now calls on his Lord to arise and save him. Can we, like David, call Him, “my God”? If He is, then we just need to call on Him and He will arise and save. We can believe it is already so. He has already smitten all our enemies on the cheek bone. Their bones shall crack and they all shall die. Indeed even death itself shall soon be destroyed. We have the promise. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
