Who do we work for? Jail… sheriff?
23 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.
I wanted to share this because I believe that we don’t work for your supervisor… the chief or even the Sheriff… for God

Caring includes listening...
Taking care of basic needs
Someone once said I am not my brother’s keeper, but the fact is we are…
4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
All you have is your brain… you have to learn to tell the difference between the ones who are playing around and the ones who are afraid...
They are inmates… not your friends but they are also people. You don’t want one to die on you.
Custody
The customers are in your custody for however long it takes them to go to trial and either be released or go up state.
Control
You are responsible to control your inmates. You control their behavior… and their surroundings…This includes their safety.
