Psalm 141:1–2 NKJV
1 Lord, I cry out to You; Make haste to me! Give ear to my voice when I cry out to You. 2 Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

1. the evening sacrifice:

the Priest would offer an evening sacrifice. this was a tenth of the tenth. their first fruits.

2. Sometimes we are doing spiritual warfare by lifting the hands.

Exodus 17:12–14 NKJV
12 But Moses’ hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. 13 So Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. 14 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.”
we never know who’s fighting or what they are fighting when we come to worship.
when moses got weary the Children of Isreal Lost lives.
so Arron and Hur began to hold his hands up for Him

3. The Apostle Paul desired men everywhere to lift up Holy Hands.

1 Timothy 2:8 NKJV
8 I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;
lifting up holy hands means life surrendered.
this does not mean a perfect life, it means a heart to please God.
Communion
1 Corinthians 11:23–34 NKJV
23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes. 27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30 For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world. 33 Therefore, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another. 34 But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest you come together for judgment. And the rest I will set in order when I come.
Communion is a believers sacrament.
we are not exclusive we are inclusive.
