Matthew 26:26 NKJV

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”

This is the process of participation the body.

Take. We accept that which is given from The Lord.

Eat. We consume it.

We identified with Him even in his suffering.
