If we are honest with ourselves this morning, what we have in this wold today is lack of respect and reverence for who God is.
People seem to put everything and everybody above God.
We assign home-ownership of the things we have, not to God, but to ourselves.
We assign car-ownership to ourselves and not to God.
We even have the nerve to come to come to church, not tithe and give the Lord 10% of our increase, why, because in our hearts, we have these selfish beliefs that #1 its out money and #2 we aren’t giving anything unless we know where it went.
Bottom line, everything that we see, everything thing that we have, was created not only by Him, but most importantly for Him.
One of the biggest and earthly lies that has ever been told is that man owns, man sustains, man has power, man has authority,
