How to Have 2020 Vision

Introduction:

Question: What does 20/20 vision mean?

Answer: At 20 feet you can see what the normal person can see at 20 feet.

Question: What does 20/30 vision mean?

Answer: At 20 feet you can see what the normal person can see at 30 feet.

THE NEW YEAR CHALLENGE:

THAT EVERY CHARITY BAPTIST MEMBER STRIVE TO HAVE 20/20 SPIRITUAL VISION OR BETTER.

Two Ways To Receive 2020 Vision:

I. Let God Touch You Daily. - L- Mark 8:22-25

A. He touches us through prayer. - I Thessalonians 5:17

1) Use prayers to praise God.

2) Use prayers to thank God.

3) Use prayers to intercede for others.

4) Use prayers that will grow us.

B. He touches us through Bible Study. - II Timothy 2:15

II. Touch Others With God's Touch. - John 15:5

A. Use God's touch for time management. - Ephesians 5:16,17

1) Touch people by assembling with them. - Hebrews 10:24,25

2) Touch people who are lost. - Acts 1:8

B. Use God's touch to display our talents. - Colossians 3:23, - L- I Corinthians 12:12-18

"Heartily" means to have enthusiasm.

C. Use God's touch to give from our treasure. - L- Matthew 6:21; Luke 6:38; Matthew 23:23; L- II Corinthians 9:6,7

Conclusion:

1. We need to pray to God daily.

2. We need to read God's Word daily.

3. We need to use our time, talents and treasure as God touches us.

4. We need to love Jesus. - L- John 14:15
