The roles of a Youth Minister should work to accomplish the Mission that God has for the Church!
What is God’s mission for the church?
The author puts it this way, the mission of the church is to glorify God through loving God, loving other people, and making disciples.
29 Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
I would add,
24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

What should be the purpose of Youth and Family Ministry?
Youth and family ministry is the Spirit-led discipleship process by which Christian adults lead teens and families into relationship with God and Christlike maturity, in the context of the church.
Responsibilities We Need to Fulfill as Youth Ministers
Evangelistic Missionaries
Discipling teachers
Bold Prophets
Compassionate Priests
Pastoral Shepherds
Organized Administrators
Spiritual Friends
Equipping Recruiters
Faithful Teammates
Visionary Leaders
12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,
What can we as Parents do to fulfill these responsibilities?
