How can I pray for my people?

2 Thessalonians 1:3–4 ESV
3 We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing. 4 Therefore we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.

As people we are intrinsically wired to claim the glory and shift the blame.

Effectiveness in the body is not quantifiable by simply counting heads.
The Complete Word Study Dictionary: New Testament 5232. ὑπεραυξάνω huperauxánō

huperauxḗsō, from hupér (5228), an intens., and auxánō (837), to increase, grow. To flourish, increase exceedingly or greatly. Used intrans. (2 Thess. 1:3).

Huper is the preposition - over, above, beyond.
With the gen. particularly of place meaning over, above, across or beyond.

Growth matters -
Grow in faith!
Increase in love.
WE must pray and praise for a growing faith.
