Seeing Jesus baptized, Mark 1:9–11

We see Jesus coming for Christians,

Mark 1:9 ESV

In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.

We see Jesus coming for Christians,

We see Jesus coming for the cross,

Mark 1:10 ESV

And when he came up out of the water, immediately he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.

We see Jesus came for the commands,

Mark 1:11 ESV

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”
