In this section Paul is speaking mainly to the Jew.
The beginning of the argument is that God judges not according to bloodline but according to our actions.
How we live will point the direction of where we will end up (Verses 1-13)
The problem with the Jews was an unwillingness to repent (Verse 4)
They were judging others (Gentiles but yet doing the same thing)
It would be like me judging someone who I don’t like because they are not the same race but yet doing the same thing
Paul then says it is God will be the ultimate judge who will render to each according to their deeds..
