SALVATION is when our imperfection is removed and Jesus’ perfection is
Sin
credited to us.
The Sin and Burnt Offerings in the Old Testament were picture language.
Jesus came as the perfect Lamb of God.
All of our sin was transferred to Jesus on the cross.
All of His perfection and holiness is credited to us,
when we accept His payment
LAMB OF GOD
His
Holiness
God took the sinless Christ & poured onto Him our sins.
Then in exchange, He poured God’s goodness into us.

Salvation is when I receive justification. The Christian life is when I am receiving sanctification.
Salvation is when I am declared holy. The Christian life is when I am becoming holy.
The goal is to close the gap between the holiness that God put on my account
and the holiness I have in my daily experience.
The return of Jesus is when my holiness will be complete; there will be no more gap.
