Understanding Daniel 7

The facts:

There is 4 winds also means spirits (the word translated means both wind and spirit)

4 different great beats are 4 kings from earth

Daniel 7:17 NKJV

17 ‘Those great beasts, which are four, are four kings which arise out of the earth.

King 1:

Daniel 7:4 NKJV

4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.

dominion gets taken away but lives prolonged for time and season (Daniel 7:12)

King 2

10 horns which are 10 kings () which come from this same kingdom

1 small horn -

that is unlike the other 10 kings (dan 7:24)

will subdue 3 of them before coming to power by taking them out by roots ()

in horn is eyes of a man and a mouth speaking pompous words ()

this beast gets slain (Daniel 7:11)

Good interpretations:

I do not see anywhere here that it is saying this is in regard to last days. However it does seem to describe the days we are referring to in the last days esp. in v.19-26 (also v. 13-14)

Worth noting the events of definitely seaming to describe Jesus receiving a kingdom here.

Interestingly the lion and eagle were both symbols of Babylon (cf. , ; )
