Teachers

(ESV)
Taming the Tongue
3 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged (this word can also be translated as condemnation) with greater strictness. 2 For we all stumble in many ways. And if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle his whole body.
Today, God willing I want to look at how Paul can say in , “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” But James says, “that teachers will be judged with greater strictness.” Implying that all are going to be judged, but some more harsh than others.
I want to look at the word “teacher” and see what it means in the context of these versus.

My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. 2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.

Master. Word used to translate five different Hebrew words and seven different Greek terms with root meanings of owner (Is 1:3), elder (Dn 1:3), sovereign (1 Pt 2:18), teacher (Lk 6:40), superintendent (5:5), lord (Gn 39:3). sir (Jgs 19:11), rabbi (Mk 9:5), and captain (Acts 27:11); oftentimes used to describe Jesus

I don’t know if the KJV is the interpretation for this word
