Why is it so important to ask the question “How did we get to where we are at?”
When you look at the Psalm you see , and other Psalm’s where they declare what God had done, and reminded each other how they hard arrived to where they were. Why is this so important?
“God has done something” - When you look at your life do you have a tendency to think that you have done something or God is doing something? (Blessing, Disciplining ()
- Where did Paul come from before he was a called apostle? How does Christ give us hope in this?
- What is Paul introducing to the church in Rome in these verses? Why is this such a big deal?
- How does this passage proclaim the gospel of Christ?
Scott stated, “The Christian life is a life of call and response” Why is it important to remember this, how do you see this play out in your own life?
Scott also stated that, “Everything is a response to who God is.” - Why is it so important to start with God, and our view of God rather than man?
How is this different then the unbelieving world?
How does starting with God give us hope? (The kingdom of God, and the glory of Christ!)
