*Introduction*.
Wait a minute!
Wait one minute!
Cleopas, don’t you know who’s walking with you?  Can’t you see Him?  Are you going to miss your blessing by not recognizing Jesus?
It’s hard to accept but it’s true.
It was Resurrection Sunday morning.
The word was out, “Jesus has risen.
He’s not dead.”
Yet disbelief and disappointment and discouragement had not only robbed Cleopas and his friend of their joy but had now blinded their eyes and they couldn’t see Jesus for who He really is.
What’s your excuse for not seeing Jesus?
Is it disappointment?
Have you been hurt so many times that you have become numb?
Is it distance?
Have you strayed away and allowed sin and temptation to cloud your view?
Or is it plain disbelief?
Do you have a hard time accepting all of this church stuff?)  *Don’t be closed in and closed up because of self, situations and Satan, Jesus wants to open some things up in your life.
