understand how i pick movies. I never read reviews. I don’t typically pay attention to ratings and rarely ever ready the synopsis. If it’s an actor or certain type of movie, I buy the ticket!
The Call of the Wild starring Harrison Ford and an animated dog named Buck. Rated PG
I keep waiting for the movie’s story line to intensify, instead, bug since i didn’t read thought of the movie, to me, it unexpectedly got more and more PG.
I couldn’t say anything because she was in to it.
As I’m sitting there trying to figure out how I was going to stay engaged, I got pulled into the storyline.
It wasn’t until I’m watching the movie and hearing from God.
Transition: Today I want to share with you some of the take aways that specifically are related to what I think you’ll in order to get the victory.
Spoiler Alert: The movie is a remake of a book written in 1903 that has become a staple in the education system across the USA. If you don’t know the storyline or you don’t want me to spoil it. When I start talking about the movie, plug up your ears and ask you neighbor to let you know when I'm done or we’ll see you next sunday! 1. When you Embrace Change You go from being Tolerated to Being Celebrated

When you Embrace Change You go from being Tolerated to Being Celebrated

Put Bible on it...
Genesis 37:19 NKJV
19 Then they said to one another, “Look, this dreamer is coming!
Genesis 37:23–24 NKJV
23 So it came to pass, when Joseph had come to his brothers, that they stripped Joseph of his tunic, the tunic of many colors that was on him. 24 Then they took him and cast him into a pit. And the pit was empty; there was no water in it.
You could argue “Joseph didn’t embrace change.” You have an advantage Joseph didn’t. You have the Word of God.
Maybe if you got in Word, you get the victory!!
Genesis 41:42 NKJV
42 Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand; and he clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.
His brothers took from him, but he got to where God wanted him, God used non-kinfolk to give to him
Romans 15:4 NKJV
4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
Rom 15:
“patience and comfort” = consolation
Ill: First week away wasn’t in a good place. I was waking up 4, 5 times a night. My chest was tight. I called my wife. I needed her to console me! She didn’t answer!!!!!!
You got to be fed up with being Tolerated. You belong where you are Celebrated

2. When you Embrace Change: Pain Is Gain

Kirk Franklin - Just For Me
It don’t feel good, but growing never does It don't seem fair for You to call this love But if necessary pain is the ingredient for change Even when life may be bittersweet, it's working
James 1:3 NKJV
3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
James 1:2–3 NKJV
2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
James
1 Peter 1:6–7 NKJV
6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
Romans 5:3–5 NKJV
3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
