Don’t make it took long. Don’t overwelm them. stick to one concept. Each week take them a step towards their goal
How do you eat an elephant…break it down into bite sized pieces
personally call people stick with sharp people…keeps the level higher…it keeps their interest
Keep it smart and people will rise to your level
Something they can apply every week that they can try to do
Next week keep them accountable for what they did share discussion
Have a warm up question, an icebreaker that relaxes everyone
