Defining God’s People (1-5)
The Jerusalem Council Considers the Role of Gentiles in God’s People. (6-21)
Peter Testifies to God’s Activity to Save the Gentiles “by faith” and “through the grace of the Lord Jesus” just like the Jews. (6-12)
Barnabas and Paul Testify to God’s Activity through them among the Gentiles. (12)
James testifies to God’s Word that God intends to rebuild Israel and receive the Gentiles as Gentiles. (13-21)
The Word of Unity is Spread (22-35)
