I. Isaiah Looked Up: He Saw the Lord (v. 4-6)

(cp. Jn. 12.41,42) /He saw the preeminent holiness of God. He refers to him as the Holy One of Israel 29 times.

II. Isaiah Looked In: He Saw Himself (v. 5-7)

/He saw his own sinfulness and unworthiness.

III. Isaiah Looked Out: He Saw Others (v. 6)

He saw the need to go proclaim God's Word to others.
