The One Thing

Introduction

So many times we get caught up on things that do not matter. Or even sometimes we can take something that is good and make that everything we desire.

-One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

So the Question is....

What is your one thing?

What is your one Desire?

You can tell what your “One thing” is from what you desire, and you tell what you desire from what you long for!

What have we been longing for?

Because if it not Jesus I promise we will not be satisfied!

Everyone longs for something, Love, Joy, Peace.

The problem is that we look for it in all the wrong places!

All of those things that we desire are not found in anything temporary but the eternal and that is Jesus!

He is everything we could ever want or need.

He is the reward.

Jesus desires to be the one that satisfies us!

When Jesus is our one thing, it does not matter where you are in life, because you have everything we need in Jesus!
