Why in the ring.

Simple it is our purpose.

We are not called to stand back and spectate. We are called, purposed to be present with people and for people.
Matthew 28:17–20 NIV
17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:17

Empowered

Acts 1:4–5 NIV
4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. 5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
Acts 1:8 NIV
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Ambassadors for the Kingdom

2 Corinthians 5:20 NIV
20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
As Ambassadors for the Kingdom :-
We speak on his behalf
We act on His behalf
We show this is Kingdom life!
This is what it is like to live in the Kingdom of God
We take the victory of the Kingdom where ever we go.
We speak the declaration of the Kingdom.
Where ever we go we show. display what kingdom life is all about
What a great chance we have today to display what faith looks like instead of fear.

We are present because we have a word to speak.

Not just any old word -
Words are interesting - they have many meanings.
Ezekiel 37:1–14 NIV
1 The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” 4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ” 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. 9 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’ ” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. 11 Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’ ”
In a place of dryness a place of lost, a place of defeat, a place were there is lack.
Yet there by they hand of the Lord
Can these bones live?
Only you know Lord! His opinion is vital. My opinion does not matter. We need to bring and declare His opinion.
Ezekiel 37:5–6 NIV
5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”
I WILL - YOU WILL - I WILL -
Ez 37:5-6
We are in the ring with people placed by the hand of God as ambassadors of the King of kings and Lord of lord because we have the BREATH of God in us, the MIND of Christ, in us - and the Word of the Lord to Speak into every situation.
Don’t fall silent as the spirit of this age would command but rise up and hear the word of the Lord and don’t just hear the word of the Lord but speak and declare that which God declares.
We are Called, Place, Anointed, Commissioned, Empowered etc
