Verse 6 is the focus! And John, in writing this Gospel account, has made the fact that Jesus is The WAY & The TRUTH & The LIFE front and center from the beginning of the book (account…)
WAY
But to all who did receive him, he gave them the right to be children of God, to those who believe in his name, who were born, not of natural descent, or of the will of the flesh, or of the will of man, but of God.
TRUTH
The true light that gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.
You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
jn 1.9
LIFE
In him was life, and that life was the light of men.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me, even if he dies, will live. Everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

The Rest we need…The Rock we need…The Hope we need…Jesus has for us and gives to all who come to him for salvation—the immediacy of the blessing of salvation amid the eternal blessing of salvation in Christ alone.
“Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don’t let your heart be troubled or fearful.
John 14.
