Cause and Effect
Cause and Effect
To start off tonight I want to talk about the principle of causation… or something better known as cause and effect. Cause and effect is the relationship between events and things one event or thing is responsible for another event or thing. A relationship of of action and re-action.
Some examples of cause and effect would like
It rained 7” in 1 hours, the streets are flooded
I only brush my teeth once a month, I have 5 cavities
A basket ball player was running without dribbling, the official called a traveling foul.
I put a soda in the freezer overnight, it swoll up and burst!
Cause and effect, because of one thing the state of something else changes. Check this out I have this Ice Cube here. At one time this ice cube was in a liquid form and then it was put in a freezer and this caused it to turn into a solid. If I were to say throw this ice cube into a fire! (Bevis and Butt Head), which I just so happen to have, this will cause the ice to melt!
This past Sunday we celebrated Easter, its a big day for us as human beings, it is the day that we see the true power of Jesus and the amazing love of God in action! We get to see the ultimate Cause and Effect
