message on 1 Cor. 10:1-13

A warning about being disqualified. We should strive to win but losing is entirely possible. Especially if we don’t exercise self-control.

Warning: Pleasing God isn’t automatic.

We have ancestors we need to know about because of the lessons we can learn from them.

God rescued them.

God guided them…supernaturally.

God provided for them…supernaturally.

God gave them leadership.

They had their baptism and Lord’s Supper like we do.
