                             How?

A.   Allowing specific seasoned Leaders to minister the Word.

B.   Send leaders at specific times (by leading of the Lord) to Leadership meetings

                                      Purpose of Ministry

                   Ministry of Restoration – The ministry of the church is to bring healing to the lost through establishing a relationship with Christ and the Local Body

                   Small Group Ministries

                   (Example: Senior Citizens Group, Young Married, Teen, and Children)

                   Purpose:

a.     Finding similar interests and working together in the common goal of reaching the world for Christ

Evangelistic Outreaches

a.     Reach the Community by Media and other means.

b.     Advertisements by commercial in order to reach the community..

c.      Tent Meetings

d.     Distribution of Flyers to Neighborhood homes

COMMON GOAL

Leaders Role Model – Growing up In Love – Eph 4:15&16

A.   Members exhibit acceptance, interest and concern of visitors and others. (This takes a conscious effort)

B.   Identify area of similarity

Example:

          1.Need for Christ

          2. Need for acceptance

          3. Need to grow in stature of Christ

                   REASONS

A.   God is not willing that any should perish John 3:16

B.   God gave Peter a dream concerning eating with Gentiles (We are one in Christ) Acts 10:9-15

C.   God’s vision includes all men encompassing men of every age, race and culture. He sees no barriers.
