Peace, Be Still!

He Was with Them

Actually, He put them in that position

He Was at Peace

Sleeping, as a matter of fact!

He Was in Charge

He Passed His Peace them

In this case, He calmed the storm

AFTER they called on Him

They didn’t blame Him for the storm…just called on Him

May not have been fully aware of His power yet…but it was growing

That was part of the lesson—for them, in that situation

He may chose teach us something else with this storm

The lesson may be patience; deeper faith; better understanding of the situation

Total lesson in God’s omnipotence—nothing was out of His control
