The Book of Ruth is a 'feel-good' story of redemption but it doesn't begin that way. Looking around for something better than what God had offered Naomi's family just about got them all killed! The message for this Sunday is "What Looking Around Can Get You" (Judges 21:25; Ruth 1:1-6) warns the believer that looking around in this world for what makes you happy can get you in a hot mess.
